For orders under €70, we offer €7.00 flat rate shipping (up to 20 kg) to anywhere in Ireland. We offer free shipping on orders over €65.
We offer €25 flat rate shipping (up to 20 kg) for UK orders. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to the rest of the world.
We offer free collection from Galtee Honey Farm, but please email us at galteebees@gmail.com with the time you would like to collect your order. (There is an option for collection at the shopping cart)

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once shipped, delivery turnaround is generally 1 to 3 working days. Once the parcel reaches An Post, we do not take responsibility for delays in delivery

All orders are shipped via An Post Express Parcel Post, which is a tracked service. If you wish to receive your tracking number for your order, please contact us.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at galteebees@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at galteebees@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
