Our Wildflower honey is our most popular honey. Every batch can be slightly different in flavour. It comprises of honey collected by our bees from Blackberry Blossom, White Clover, Horse Chestnut, Sycamore, Dandelion, and whatever else is out there for the bees in late spring and summer. Pure Irish honey from our own bees. All natural good quality honey will eventually crystallise.
