Consumers find that it can help with sinus issues. The honey just underneath the surface of the comb contains higher levels of pollen. It consists of honey from a variety of wild flower blossoms in the Irish countryside, including sycamore, horse chestnut, hawthorn, blackberry blossom and white clover.
