ALL OUR HONEY IS PURE, RAW, IRISH AND PRODUCED BY OUR OWN NATIVE IRISH BLACK HONEY BEES.
This beautiful gift set contains 3 x 120g jars of our raw honeys – Wildflower honey, Ivy honey and Heather & Ivy honey. It also comes with a complimentary greetings card exclusive to Galtee Honey Farm.
About our Wildflower Honey: It consists of honey from a variety of wild flower blossoms in the Irish countryside, including sycamore, horse chestnut, hawthorn, blackberry blossom and white clover. It is collected by the bees in late spring and summer. Every batch can be slightly different in flavour.
About Our Ivy Honey: It is collected by the bees from the blossom of the Ivy plant in Sept., Oct. and Nov. Ivy honey contains high levels of saponins and consumers have found it to be helpful for the respiratory system.

About our Wildflower Comb Honey: Collected by the bees from the ling heather. Research has shown that it contains high levels of polyphenols and is comparable to high quality manuka honey.
