Good Food Ireland 20th Anniversary

It was an honour and a privilege to wear the Good Food Ireland apron last Monday.

Was delighted to contribute Galtee Wildflower Honey and Heather Honey to the Good Food Ireland 20th Anniversary Showcase Dinner — a beautiful celebration of Irish food, provenance, and the people behind it.

The conference itself was excellent, with a wide range of engaging sessions exploring the future of food, sustainability, and the importance of storytelling in what we produce. It was inspiring to be in a room with so many passionate voices shaping the direction of Irish food
