Delivery and Shipping

All website orders are sent by parcel courier as standard. Smaller items may be sent via An Post. We currently only deliver within the Island of Ireland. Our website will provide a delivery cost for orders upon the island of Ireland. We advise to allow 3-5 days delivery for orders. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order or we believe your delivery will be delayed, we will inform you by email or telephone.

Our standard courier service allows up to 30KG to be delivered per parcel. Orders above 30KG will be classed as two parcels.

The rates for our courier service are as follows: Ireland: €10.00 /30kg (with the exception of individual Lip balms which are delivered by An Post at a cost of €1.50 per lip balm

Terms of Sale

1.1 We reserve the right to add or remove products at any time. We also reserve the right to increase prices without notice, although no prices will be changed to orders that have already been processed.

1.2 You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placing it for a service or 7 days from receipt of a non-custom product. If your order has been dispatched then simply do not open it upon receipt and return it to us. Costs for returning the package must be borne by you and reasonable care must be taken to ensure the goods are returned in good condition.

1.2.1 If you do exercise your right to cancel your order a full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

1.3 Any orders placed which do not contain the required information including full postal address, country of origin and telephone number may be denied subject to secondary security checks at our discretion. You will be notified of any orders that are rejected after preliminary acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction without notice after further security checks have been carried out.

1.4 If any part of these Terms of Sale is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Terms of Sale shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

1.5 All images of original products are reproduced by digital photograph and every effort is made to ensure the images displayed on this website as as close in brightness and tone to that of the original product. Due to the nature of digital photography and variances in individual monitors and settings there will be some difference in brightness and tones to that of the actual product. Purchasing goods via this website is acceptance of this variance and the factors that contribute to it. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all imagery used for products is as close to the original product as possible.

1.6 If your order is delayed prior to dispatch by us we will notify you of this and a revised expected time of delivery. You have at this time the right to cancel the order at that time without charge.

1.7 Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy

If your goods are received damaged or are unsatisfactory in any way, we must be notified immediately upon receipt and, in any case, within no more than 7 days of receipt.

Please notify us in writing or by email and  detailing the condition of the goods and reasons for return with photograph of the condition of the goods. We will promptly respond to whether the problem can be resolved or advise you to return the goods. Return goods must be in the same condition which the customer had received them, the return goods must not be used or modified.

All returned merchandise must be sent to the following address and contain a written account containing proof of purchase and reasons for return. It must arrive at this address within 14 working days of confirmation of return.

All agreed returns will be refunded in the currency purchased via the website, to the value of the product at the time of purchase.

The return postage cost must be paid for by the recipient unless otherwise agreed between customer and supplier prior to return.
