What you need to know

Watch the bees safely through a screened glass door while the hive is opened outside without beesuits. From the comfort of our fully accessible visitor room. Sample six unique Irish honeys and honey mead.

Discover the world of beekeeping, the properties of honey and beeswax, and their place in Irish historical culture. This inclusive experience is entirely indoors, on a flat, wheelchair-accessible surface, with no direct contact with bees required. Suitable for all abilities
