Our Story
about us
Welcome to Galtee Honey Farm, a family-run beekeeping farm nestled in the lush Galtee Vee Valley, where counties Tipperary, Limerick, and Cork meet. Since 1970, we’ve dedicated ourselves to sustainably producing raw Irish honey while protecting the endangered Native Irish Black Honey Bee.
Our journey is one of tradition, passion, and purpose. Every jar of honey reflects not only the wildflowers of our landscape but the values we’ve carried through generations—care for the land, care for the bees, and care for those who enjoy our produce.

Our Honey
100% Irish, Raw & Pure
Raw & unpasteurised: We never overheat our honey, keeping all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and goodness intact.
No additives, no blending: Every jar is from our own hives – pure and traceable back to us.
Harvested with care: Each batch is seasonal, and unique in taste, depending on what the bees forage on.
